Iran's Rouhani rules out meeting Trump until U.S. lifts sanctions

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is urging the U.S. to lift sanctions on his country FIRST... before Tehran can consider holding talks with Washington.
The Iranian leader said Tuesday it was up to President Trump to make the next move,...adding Washington "holds the key to positive developments."
His comments come a day after Trump said he was open to a meeting IF the circumstances are right.
Tensions between the U.S. and Iran have escalated ever since the Trump administration pulled out of the 2015 Iran nuclear deal last year and reinstated sanctions on Tehran.
