Moroccan Chicken :
Ingredients:
Chicken( cut into 8 piece) 1
Chickpeas 1 tin
Crushed Onion 1
Crushed Garlic 1 tbsp
Crushed Red Chilies 1 tbsp
White Cumin 1 tsp
Fennel Powder ¼ tsp
Crushed Tomatoes 2
Tomatoes Paste 2 tbsp
Chicken Stock 2 cup
Lemon Slice 1
Green Olive ¼ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken till light brown in color.
Add garlic, onion, tomato, tomatoes paste and all spice, fry well.
When it’s ready add chicken stock and chickpea and simmer, cook till chicken has tender and gravy become thick.
Then add lemon sliced and olive sliced, let it simmer for 2 minute, dish out.

Kachay Qeemay Kay Kabab :
Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Papaya 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Chickpea powder (roasted) 2 tbsp
Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
Almonds 6-7
All spice powder 1 tsp
Fried onion 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander (crushed) 4 tbsp
Green chili 2-3
Egg 1
Method :
Roasted chickpeas and poppy seeds grind .now beef mince and papaya paste ,ginger paste ,garlic paste ,red chili ,almonds ,all spices powder ,fried onions ,salt ,coriander powder ,green chili and egg mix and leave for 1 hour .then mix egg and make patties after this in a pan heat oil and fry kabab and serve hot .


Aalu Gobhi:
Ingredients:
Potato ½ kg
Cauliflower ½ kg
Garlic 2 tbsp
Onion 1 large
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Salt to taste
Mint 4 tbsp
Method:
• Heat oil and fry onion and garlic.
• Now add cumin, mustard seeds, red chili and turmeric.
• Then potatoes add and fry for 5 minutes.
• After this in 2 cup of water add salt and cook 15 minutes on slow flame its come to boil.
• Now add cauliflower and further cook for 5 minutes.
• Finally add mint and remove from flame.
