President Moon and First Lady Kim Jung-sook were attending a graduation ceremony at the Central Police Academy in Chungcheongbuk-do Province.
There, he emphasized the need for such reforms that could improve police services.
To the 12-thousand graduates and police officers present,... Moon also said he is proud of the nation's police officers,... who he called "heroes of the people".
It's the first time President Moon has attended the school's graduation ceremony,... and only the third time any president has attended.
