Typhoon Krosa kills one, injures more than 30 in western Japan

Typhoon Krosa ripped through western Japan on Thursday, leaving one person dead and over 30 people injured.
The season's 10th typhoon made landfall near Hiroshima Prefecture around 3 p.m. and proceeded north to the East Sea.
As of midnight Thursday, it was moving at a speed of 35 kilometers an hour.
Over 7-thousand residents were evacuated and over eight-hundred flights were delayed or cancelled.
After crossing western Japan, the typhoon's expected to be downgraded by early Saturday.
