North Korea has given promotions to scientists it says researched and developed the regime's purported new weapons system.
According to Pyeongyang's Korean Central News Agency, Kim Jong-un handed out new ranks to 1-hundred-3 researchers who helped strengthen what it calls the regime's self-defense capability.
The agency says... North Korea has finished developing a powerful new weapon system.
It has said before that a new weapons system was used in five separate test-launches it's conducted since late July.
