వరదల్లో కొట్టుకొని పోయిన అటవీ జంతువుల బొమ్మలు || Animal Statues Along Sea Coast Washed Away

Andhra Pradesh: Animal statues on the Kalingapatnam beach got washed away in the sea following a rise in the water level, yesterday. The flood water in Vamsadhara and Nagavali rivers in the district, which were in spate, are started receding. The inflow and outflow at Gotta barrage in Vamsadhara river is 82,183 cusecs and at Thotapalli reservoir in Nagavali river, the inflow is 18,037 cusecs and outflow is 16,648 cusecs on Thursday evening.

ఒడిశాతో పాటు శ్రీకాకుళం జిల్లాలో రెండురోజులుగా భారీ వర్షాలు కురుస్తున్నాయి. ఏడతెరిపి కూడా ఇవ్వకుండా కురుస్తోన్న భారీ వర్షాల వల్ల జిల్లాకు గుండెకాయగా చెప్పుకొనే వంశధార నదీ వరదపోటుకు గురైంది. అయిదేళ్ల కాలంలో ఎప్పుడూ లేనంత వరద ప్రవాహంతో ఉప్పొంగి ప్రవహిస్తోంది. సాధారణ ప్రవాహానికి తోడు వరదపోటు తోడు కావడంతో ఉరకలెత్తుతోంది.
