Government yet to take a decision on sovereign bonds being a part of FY20 borrowing

Government is sticking to the announcement that it made in the budget on foreign sovereign borrowing. However, in terms of the mechanics, the government says there is no decision yet on whether sovereign bonds will be part of this year's borrowing.
