Over 100 Million Customers Information Breached In Capital One Hack

Capital One said the data of about 100 million individuals in the United States and 6 million people in Canada were obtained by a hacker. The personal information includes names, addresses, phone numbers and credit scores, Reuters reports. The hacker has reportedly been arrested by the FBI. The U.S. credit card company said the hack was first discovered on July 19. The incident is expected to cost Capital One between $100 million and $150 million in 2019.
