Supreme Court ruling on Amrapali is a positive move, says Anarock

Last week Supreme Court (SC) bought real estate developer Anarock to book, cancelled its registration and directed NBCC (India) Ltd to complete all its stalled projects. 220 projects have been halted in the top 7 cities alone with 66 percent of halted units already sold to buyers. Prashant Thakur, head of research at Anarock discussed this and more.
