Though seemingly leaderless, Hong Kong's extradition bill protest movement is becoming more and more sophisticated, as demonstrators learn lessons with every new clash they have with police. Over weeks of protests, the demonstrators have developed a system for broadcasting what they learn through internet tools and encrypted messaging apps such as Telegram.
