1. Spaghetti & Meatballs Pizza

You'll need:

For the meatballs:

- 9 oz ground beef
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 2¾ tbsp breadcrumbs
- ½ clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- 3 tbsp parmesan
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper

For the pizza dough:

- 17½ oz flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch dry yeast
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 10 fl oz water

In addition:

- 7 oz cooked spaghetti
- 8½ fl oz tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1¾ oz grated mozzarella

Here's how:

1. First prepare the meatballs by mixing all the ingredients together and then shaping the mixture into about 12 small balls.

2. Fry the meatballs evenly on all sides and then add the tomato sauce and the spaghetti into the pan and mix it all together.

3. For the pizza dough, mix all the necessary ingredients together in a bowl, making sure to add the water last. Knead everything into a smooth dough, cover it and leave it to stand for an hour.

4. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Get the spaghetti and meatballs from the pan and place them on the dough. Sprinkle the parmesan and mozzarella on top. Then bake the pizza in a convection oven for 10 minutes at 420°F.

2. Spaghetti in a Meatball

You'll need:

For the meatball:

- 2.2 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 3.5 oz breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 5.3 oz chopped chorizo
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper

For the filling:

- 3.5 oz grated mozzarella
- 5.3 oz cooked spaghetti
- 5 fl oz tomato sauce

In addition:

- 2.6 oz grated Parmesan
- a few leaves of basil

Here's how:

1. Mix the ground beef well with all the other ingredients for the meatball. Press about two thirds of the meat on the bottom and sides of a large bowl lined with plastic food wrap. This is the mold for the meatball.

2. Sprinkle the insides all over with mozzarella before putting in the spaghetti. Then pour some tomato sauce on top of it.

3. Now shape the rest of the meat into a ball and press it into a large, flat circle which you will use to cover the filling. Pinch the edges of the circle together with the rest of meatball.

4. Turn the bowl upside down onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Remove the bowl and the food wrap and bake the meatball for 30 minutes at 340°F. After that, pour the rest of the tomato sauce onto the meatball and sprinkle it with parmesan and chopped basil.
