Docs: Oildale man accused of killing his wife blames 'powerful people' and 'mayonnaise'

The man arrested earlier this month for allegedly murdering his 57-year-old wife told investigators that "it was an act of mercy" and blamed powerful people and mayonnaise, according to newly released court documents.
