We start with breaking news...
The South Korean military has announced North Korea fired TWO (as yet) unknown projectiles from its eastern city of Wonsan at 5:34 and 5:57AM, Korea time, this Thursday morning.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff says the projectiles both flew 430 kilometers before coming down in the East Sea.
It added that South Korea and the U.S. are currently assessing the details of what had been fired... and that the South Korean military, in preparation for additional launches, is maintaining its readiness posture by monitoring related movements.
North Korea last fired projectiles 78 days ago... that was back in May.
