Interglobe Aviation board meet concludes, seeks shareholder approval for induction of independent women director

Interglobe Aviation (IndiGo) board meeting which lasted for two days has concluded. The company issued a press release saying that the board has decided to seek shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting for expanding the board to enable the induction of an independent women director. This comes on the back of the spat between the promoters Rakesh Gangwal and Rahul Bhatia.
