In a widely expected move, the Bank of Korea kept its benchmark interest rate steady at one-point-75 percent for July.
This came during the central bank's fifth monetary policy meeting of the year.
The BOK has frozen its key rate since November of last year,... when it hiked borrowing costs by zero-point-2-5 percentage points.
