The Nationalist Congress Party, Trinamool Congress and Communist Party of India face the prospect of losing their national party status following their performance in the just-held Lok Sabha elections. The Election Commission is likely to issue them show cause notice in the coming days, asking them as to why their national party status should not be revoked.

टीएमसी, एनसीपी और सीपीआई से राष्ट्रीय पार्टी का तमगा छिन सकता है। तीनों पार्टियों को चुनाव आयोग कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी करने वाला है। नोटिस से इन पार्टियों से पूछा जाएगा कि इनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर इनका राष्ट्रीय पार्टी का दर्जा क्यों नहीं खत्म कर दिया जाए।
