Day 7 Booty and Splits Challenge

This is the final day of the Booty Splits Challenge. Today we will concentrate on lovely long stretches to ensure your muscles feels great and you can get down and do the splits.

With the help of 3 cushions you will slowly ease into the splits. Try to stay in the splits as long as possible. Do not rush or push yourself, it does take time. let me know how you got on.
I'm down to one pillow. Look out for my upcoming video where I get right down to the floor :)
