The common cold, also known as cold, is a viral infectious disease of the upper respiratory tract.

Our bodies are continuously exposed to ay least 200 common cold like viruses including the common cold viruses. The body is able to overcome most of it and we do not get infected by cold.

Cold has no fever. Fever is symptom of flu or infection with bacteria.

Infection with cold virus causes the immune system to produce anti-bodies which attach to the virus and destroy it.

In 2002, researchers calculated that the annual cost of lost productivity because of colds was $25 billion.

Modern medicine has no cures for common cold.

Common cold can be easily controlled by a healthy immune system.

If right eating habits are practised, over a period, it considerably reduce the number of days people are down with the virus.

First Part is the rules of eating.
