A group of motorists on an Edmonton, Alberta highway halted traffic to allow a gaggle of Canadian Geese to cross multiple lanes of traffic.

Captured on Sunday (July 7) at Whitemud and Henday from Sherwood Park, drivers already on the highway as well as those joining traffic slow down to let the birds advance across the road.

The filmer said: "As all Canadians do, we stop and let them safely pass."
