President Moon Jae-in has appointed a new commissioner of the National Tax Service Kim Hyun-jun who's promised to get tough on people who haven't paid their taxes, especially the wealthy.
According to the Blue House on Thursday,... Kim will assume his new post on Friday.
In a confirmation hearing yesterday,... parliament approved his nomination, saying Kim has the necessary expertise and ethics required for the position.
Kim was nominated by the president to lead the tax agency last month.
