Showing no special response to President Moon's call for dialogue, North Korea's media outlets released articles to mark the occasion.
North Korea's ruling party newspaper Rodong Sinmun highlighted that adopting the June 15th Declaration was a historic event.
It added that the three inter-Korean summits held last year laid the groundwork for peace and security on the Korean Peninsula and in the region.
Pyeongyang's propaganda website Uriminzokkiri called for efforts to quickly implement declarations from last year's April and September summits, saying the atmosphere on the Korean Peninsula could go toward peace or back to hostilities.
