Indian batsman Shikhar Dhawan, who injured his left thumb during the World Cup match against Australia, will remain under observation for a week in England. The team management has also decided not to announce any replacement for the left-handed opener till the final assessment on his injury.If Dhawan shows signs of improvement within a week he will be eased back into the team when fully fit. If not, Rishabh Pant flies out as his replacement.
