Pres. Moon express hope summit meetings between Koreas and N. Korea-U.S. to take place soon

Our starting point is President Moon Jae-in's latest diplomacy tour.
Over in Helsinki, he expressed high hopes that another inter-Korean summit as well as one between Pyeongyang and Washington will he held soon.
Shin Se-min has more from the first stop of the South Korean leader's eight-day tour of the Nordic nations.
President Moon Jae-in expresses hope that a fourth inter-Korean summit, as well as a third Pyeongyang-Washington summit, will take place any time soon.
"The momentum for dialogue has not vanished, and efforts continue to maintain the door to dialogue open between the two Koreas and between Pyeongyang and Washington. As such, I expect summit meetings taking place in the near future."
Speaking during a joint presser after the summit meeting with Finnish President Sauli Niinisto,... the visiting South Korean leader said his Korean peace drive policy has already made great progress,... referring to the absence of nuclear tests or long range ballistic missile launches since the latter half of 2017.
President Moon quelled concerns that denuclearization talks had run into an impasse following the no-deal Hanoi summit,... and added that the leaders of both North Korea and the U.S. are constantly expressing their will for talks based on their mutual trust.
"The Korean Peninsula is at a crucial point when it comes to carrying out policies on peace. That's because peace on the Korean Peninsula is not a regional type of peace, it is global."
President Moon said that as talks regarding a third Pyeongyang-Washington summit are underway,... he doesn't see a third-party's role as necessary as before to navigate the situation. However, Moon stressed that Seoul will make sure to request help from Finland when it's needed.
