Serious Fraud Investigation Office frames charges in the IL&FS case

The Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) has framed charges in the IL&FS case. A criminal complaint has been filed against the company and 30 others including former chairman Ravi Parthasarathy, Aircel founder C Sivasankaran, audit firms Deloitte and BSR & Associates are also named. The chargesheet alleges that Aircel founder Sivasankaran connived with the top management of IL&FS to receive wrongful gains, reports Yash Jain.
