Multiple beaches in Mexico covered in seaweed that smells like rotten eggs

Several beaches in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico are coated in a seaweed that smells awful. Known as Sargassum, the seaweed has shown up on beaches in Tulum and Puerto Morelos. Crews have been working to clean up the seaweed, which smells like rotten-eggs, but it continues to build up along the beaches.
