Claimed that Savarkar proposed the two-nation theory that led to the formation of Pakistan, he said, Savarkar proposed the 2 nation theory while Muhammad Ali Jinnah implemented it. Veer Savarkar is an important Hindutva Ideologue. On his birth anniversary today, BJP leaders paid tribute to the leader. The party credits him with building a strong India and epitomising patriotism. But the congress has regularly tried to deny Savarkar's contributions.
