Korea's trade minister urges Japan to accept WTO's decision on Fukushima seafood ban

Seoul's trade minister has urged Tokyo to accept the World Trade Organization's ruling in favor of Korea's import restrictions on Japanese seafood.
Following the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011, Seoul has placed import restrictions on 28 kinds of fish.
Minister Yoo Myung-hee's remarks came during an informal trade ministerial meeting at the WTO in France earlier this week.
She said it is unfair for Japan to keep raising issues about the decision... and added that Tokyo's urge to reform the WTO's appellate body is inappropriate.
