Deal with Tata Chemicals is a step towards aggressive growth, says Tata Global’s CEO Ajoy Misra

On Wednesday, the Tata’s merged the consumer business of Tata Chemicals with Tata Global Beverages. The merged entity will get a new brand identity, ‘Tata Consumer Products’. It has been a few years in the making, but finally the deal has come through.
