Cartagena is a commune and spa town located on the central coast of Chile . It is part of the province of San Antonio in the Valparaíso region . It integrates the Electoral District No. 7 and the 6th Senatorial Circumscription ( Valparaíso ). Its current mayor is Rodrigo García Tapia.
