Manchester City claimed its second straight English Premier League title on Sunday,... after beating Brighton 4-1 in the season's final match.
The back-to-back title win is a first in the EPL since Sir Alex Ferguson's Manchester United pulled off the feat in 2009.
Liverpool finished second with 97 points,... giving them the highest points tally of any team to finish second in the English top flight.
