South Korean striker Son Heung-min will no longer have to serve a three-game ban in the English Premier League after the red card he received for a tackle last weekend that gravely injured Everton's Andre Gomes was overturned.
Tuesday's decision by the Football Association comes as Tottenham's claim of wrongful dismissal was upheld by the FA's independent regulatory commission.
The referee initially gave Son a yellow, before deciding he should get a straight red instead.
Son is currently with his team in Belgrade for their Champions League match against Red Star.
