A village in France is offering a reward of two-thousand Euros - which is more than two-thousand dollars - to solve a mystery from the late eighteenth century. A series of letters and symbols were carved into a large stone on the shoreline of Plougastel-Daoulas. No one knows who put them there - or what they mean. The BBC's Tim Allman has more.
