Russia has offered four million U.S. dollars' worth of humanitarian assistance to North Korea this year.... through the World Food Programme.
According to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs,.... the assistance decision was made in July last year and the money is to be used this year.
North Korea is receiving humanitarian assistance worth 10-point-5 million dollars in total in 2019.
With Russia providing the biggest amount..... Switzerland is also giving 2-point-8 million dollars,... and Sweden with 2-point-4 million, while Canada is providing 600-thousand dollars.
