MHA issues notice to Rahul Gandhi, asks him to clarify on his citizenship. The MHA has sought Rahul's response on representation by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy. According to documents with the Swamy, Rahul Gandhi appears to have declared his nationality as British. This appears to be a big setback to Rahul Gandhi.
