Supreme Court issues contempt notice to Rahul Gandhi for "Chowkidar Chor Hai" jibe at PM; here's what his counsel has to say

The Supreme Court has issued a contempt notice to Congress president Rahul Gandhi. This comes just a day after Gandhi filed a 19-page affidavit expressing regret over attributing the "Chowkidar Chor Hai" jibe aimed at the Prime Minister to the Supreme Court of India. However, Gandhi has been exempted from a personal appearance when the court hears this case on the April 30. The court will also hear the petitions seeking a review of its Rafale order on the same day. CNBC-TV18 spoke to Abhishek Manu Singhvi who is the counsel for Rahul Gandhi to understand the road ahead for Rahul Gandhi.
