The hashtag #RepubliqueDesPollueurs - or Republic of Polluters - was trending this Friday on French Twitter. This as climate activists organised a sit-in at Paris's business district La Défense. It echoes the Extinction Rebellion movement that's been calling for civil disobedience in the face of climate change. Also, online tributes have been pouring in for investigative journalist Lyra McKee. The 29-year-old was shot dead at a riot in Northern Ireland.
