BISCUIT POKE CAKE RECIPE l EGGLESS & WITHOUT OVEN


INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
½ CUP CONDENSED MILK
½ CUP OIL
MIX WELL
1.5 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP BAKING SODA
¾ CUP POWDER SUGAR
SIEVE
1 CUP MILK (MIX GRADUALLY)
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
MIX WELL
8 INCH OIL GREASED MOULD
POUR THE HALF BATTER INTO THE MOULD
PLACE THE BISCUITS
POUR ANOTHER HALF
COVER THE MOULD WITH FOIL
TAKE A FRY PAN & PRE-HEAT FOR 5 MIN.
PLACE THE MOULD OVER THE FRY PAN
COOK IT IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 30-35 MIN.
REMOVE THE FOIL (BE CAREFUL)
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE MOULD
¼ CUP HOT MILK
¼ CUP CHOCOLATE
MIX
POKE THE CAKE
POUR THE MILK CHOCOLATE
SPREAD BISCUIT CRUMBS
MAKE PIECES
BANANA SLICES
CHOCOLATE SYRUP
