Rees-Mogg: 'Some symbolism' in 31st October Brexit deadline

The EU has granted the UK a flexible extension of Article 50 until 31st October. Jacob Rees-Mogg says: "I thought the prime minister said a few weeks ago that she wouldn't agree to any extension, and now we're getting quite a long one". The Chair of the European Research Group added that there was "some symbolism" in Halloween being chosen as the new Brexit deadline. Report by Jonesia.
