00:00 I'm going to do the taste testing whilst you tell us about your milk and your farm

00:04 and I will work through these and give my views when I finish.

00:08 So tell me about your farm in Cheshire.

00:10 So we milk about 200 cows with Pedigree Holstein, a high input system.

00:15 So they're housed all year round and fed silage and all of the macro nutrients that they need

00:24 to make fantastic milk which is also full of the macro nutrients that we need.

00:28 Well I'm working through them in order. I've started with this which is almond milk.

00:33 The thing about almond milk is actually it's very sweet.

00:35 I don't tend to like almonds. I was reading too many Agatha Christie's

00:38 and almonds are a very good way of hiding cyanide if people want to poison you.

00:42 So I've always taken care of almonds but it's quite sweet.

00:45 This just tastes like porridge liquefied and slightly sort of watery porridge.

00:50 So now this is skimmed which isn't proper stuff at all is it?

00:54 No, well it is.

00:57 We call that white water.
