Jong-nam murder: “I'm happy!” says Doan after escaping death penalty

Vietnamese Doan Thi Huong, who pleaded guilty to a lesser charge in the killing of Kim Jong-nam, the half-brother of North Korea's leader, could walk free as early as next month.

The 30-year-old was sentenced to more than 3 years in prison to run from her date of arrest, which was Feb 15, 2017.
