Traditional process of preparing Kilichi

Some Hausas living in Yaounde have actively involved themselves in the preparation and sale of dried meat, commonly called Kilichi at the Briqueterie neighbourhood.
Speaking with one of them, Abdoulaziz Salif, he explained to Journal du Cameroon how we come about with Kilichi.
