The United States has circulated a draft resolution to blacklist JeM chief Masood Azhar at UN security council, setting up clash with China. China last month put up hold on Pakistan based militant group to blacklist in connection with Al-Qaeda. The draft resolution condemns Pulwama attack, in which 40 CRPF personnels of India died which led to massive outrage in the country.
The resolution is backed by France and Britain, which joined the US earlier this month in pushing for sanctions against Azhar.
