This is a big blow to my self-esteem. I have no complaint with the central leadership but the state leadership should have asked me once before changing my area.On the other side of the CPI side, Kanhaiya Kumar, who was standing from Begusarai seat, said that the not give attention to Kanhaiya Kumar. Giriraj said that Begusarai is my karmabhoomi and janmabhoomi. Do not get involved with elections or politics. It is a great privilege for me to contest from here.

गिरिराज सिंह ने कन्हैया कुमार को क्यों कहा पापड़ फोड़ पहलवान ?बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेता और केंद्रीम मंत्री गिरिराज लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए नवादा की जगह बेगुसराय की सीट पर टिकट मिलने से नाराज है। उन्होंने कहा कि बिहार में मेरे सिवा किसी सांसद की सीट नहीं बदली गई है। इस बात से मेरे स्वाभिमान को बड़ा धक्का लगा है । मुझे केंद्रीय नेतृत्व से कोई शिकायत नहीं है लेकिन प्रदेश नेतृत्व तो एक बार मेरा क्षेत्र बदलने से पहले मुझसे पूछ लेना चाहिए था।वहीं सीपीआई की ओर से बेगुसराय सीट से खड़े हो रहे कन्हैया कुमार को लेकर उन्होंने कहा कि पापड़ फोड़ पहलवानों पर ध्यान न दिया जाए। गिरिराज ने कहा कि बेगुसराय मेरी कर्मभूमि और जन्मभूमि है। इसे चुनाव या फिर राजनीति से न जोड़ा जाए। यहां से चुनाव लड़ना मेरे लिए सौभाग्य की बात है।
