Suspected N. Korean arms factory continues to operate, but no significant increase in activity: CSIS

A U.S.-based think tank says..... a major military-related factory in North Korea is operating,...but recently, it hasn't shown any signs of significant activity.
Citing satellite imagery,.... the Center for Strategic and International Studies says.... Factory Number 17, one of the oldest and biggest factories in Pyeongyang, is currently operating, but there's been no serious change in output or activity over the past six months.
It said,.... the factory could be one of the regime's main sites used to produce the materials and parts necessary for long-range missiles.
