Dusty morning, heavy rain in the afternoon

Time now for the weather update, we have our Lee Jee-hyun in southeastern Seoul.
Jee-hyun, we are sad to report that it's another smoggy morning to start the day?
Good morning, Mark. I'm here at Seokchon Lake.
Korea is in a grip of high levels of fine and ultra fine dust levels again, so you will need to bring out a face mask on your way out. Despite the dust, many people are around here are doing morning exercise some with their masks on... but you will also need to carry out an umbrella as nationwide rain is expected this afternoon.
Let's talk about the dust first, alerts are in place for some southern provinces, the alerts are expected to expand to more areas as the morning goes on, here in the capital is also dealing with very bad levels of ultra fine dust.
The entire nation will see showers this afternoon starting in the western regions before spreading to rest of country. 30 to 80 millimeters for southern coastal regions, up to 60 millimeters for most areas.
It's a milder morning to start the day, Seoul is waking up to a low of 8 degrees Celsius, Busan at 11 degrees.
Daily highs will get up to 16 to 23 degrees Celsius, Seoul to 17 degrees Celsius. Daegu and Gyeongju will be as warm as yesterday feeling more like mid April.
Remember an umbrella and a face mask on your way out.
The rain should wash away all the dust in the air.
