Lok Sabha Election 2019: MK Stalin to Submit Memorandum before Election Commission

It's a high stakes Bypoll battle for DMK's Stalin, who is now seeking that by elections to take place in all 21 vacant seats instead of the 18 seats announced by the election commission. These seats went vacant after 18 rebel AIADMK MLAs were disqualified by the TN assembly speaker in December 2017. DMK Chief Stalin will be submitting a memorandum before the election commission seeking Bypolls in all 21 seats. Stalin has also said that he will soon be announcing the first list for candidates who would be fielded in the Lok Sabha Polls on April 18. The AIADMK meanwhile is looking to garner 8 more seats to raise its tally to 116 to reach the assembly halfway mark in the bypolls, that could be a game changer for the Lok Sabha Polls.
