UN Security Council not considering North Korea sanctions relief

The United Nations is NOT considering sanctions relief for North Korea.
The French and German ambassadors to the UN said on Friday... there was no need to revise international sanctions on the regime... despite the breakdown in negotiations at the Hanoi summit.
The German envoy added that tough measures may have in fact... contributed to the ongoing dialogue between North Korea and the U.S.
