A day before its National Council meeting, the Aam Aadmi Party sent a flurry of suspension notices to about 40 members across the country. This move has not gone down well with AAP's founding member Shanti Bhushan.

Bhushan has alleged that the manner in which the NC meeting was being called was illegal as members had not been informed.
