After Madras HC verdict. Its country's Apex Court that has come up with its view on Child Rape. Reacting to a case of 10 year old being raped by a 35 year old man in Himachal Pradesh. SC said that "the one who commits such heinous crimes like raping children is not less than an animal. And deserves no mercy.
