Days after a school student committed suicide in Telanagana after he couldnt afford 5000 rupees as his school fee. Another student has attempted to commit suicide Telangana for the same reason. Pavan Kumar could not afford to pay 20,000 as his college fee and his apathetic college authorities coudln't care less for his constraints. This is second such incidence in the state but it seems the Chief Minister couldn't care less either. While he continues to spend in Crores, his people seems to have lost hope.
